FMGI is honored to work in partnership with Dunphy Properties to deliver an innovative, new-style Publix in Lutz, FL. This ground-up development includes a 60,000-square foot Publix with an additional 13,400 sq. ft. of retail shop space on a 35-acre site. Livingston Marketplace celebrated its grand opening in November 2022.
