11 weeks of momentum at our ground-up Neighborhood Market in Fort Myers! The field team has been firing on all cylinders to hit major milestones on this retail buildout. Here is a look at where things stand today:
Exterior: The roof is officially dried in, EIFS installation is underway, and parking lot paving has officially begun.
Interior: Today marked a massive milestone as we successfully poured the slab inside the building.
Next up, our crews are diving straight into internal framing, cooler and freezer installations, and overhead MEP rough-ins. Big thank you to our hard-working field team for keeping this build moving safely and on schedule!
