FMGI was recently awarded the contract to construct a new Walmart Neighborhood Market in Ft. Myers, FL! Designed for quick, convenient, “in-and-out” shopping, Neighborhood Markets focus primarily on groceries, pharmacy services, and essential household goods. Expected completion of this 55,000-square foot development is January 2027. We are thrilled to be a part of the Walmart team and serve the Ft. Myers community.
