Our recent tenant build-out for West Marine in Jacksonville, FL was a huge success! Our rock star team converted a former 7,200 SF Tuesday Morning space into a customer-centric environment for this industry’s leading boating supply retailer. This turn-key project included all new electrical and plumbing along with new lighting, finishes and fixtures to create a space that showcases the best of the West Marine shopping experience—outstanding customer service, selection and quality.
