FMGI’s first ground-up Walmart and largest project to date has begun! It is so exciting to see the 63-acre site being prepared. Site preparation includes fully clearing, grading, and bringing in all utilities to the site. In addition, a new turn lane and intersection including all new signalization, crosswalks and signage will be added. This 125,000 SF Supercenter will include a deli, bakery, pharmacy and vision, garden, auto care and money centers as well as a 2,700 SF liquor store. A fuel station with five double-sided pumps is also being constructed. Progress photos will be shared on LinkedIn throughout the process. Grand opening is slated for Q4 2025.
