As FMGI grows, we continue to look for ways to optimize our processes. In late 2021, we searched for a solution to help streamline our hiring process. We chose BambooHR, a scalable solution that has the power and capabilities to grow with us.

From the application process to time tracking features and payroll, so far, this has been a great tool for us. BambooHR is helping manage the application process, enabling applicants to submit all critical documents at the time they apply, and then managing that information in a secure system that communicates the information to HR.

We’re working with BambooHR to identify other areas where the company can help improve HR efficiencies for FMGI employees, including a new time tracking feature to be rolled out in April that will give employees the ability to turn in their timesheets weekly from an app on their phone, send it straight to their manager for approval, and then to HR to download a payroll file for importing into FMGI’s accounting system.   BambooHR also makes it possible for all employees to have access to all their personal information at all times to be able to keep everything up to date.
