We are honored that ALDI tapped us to transform a former Winn-Dixie space into a beautiful new store that will serve the Ft. Myers community.

ALDI delivers stores that are designed with “quality, savings and a unique way of doing things” top of mind. Our team committed to those objectives as they converted a 24,000 SF former Winn-Dixie store into a 15,500 SF fully remodeled space for ALDI.

From demolition to final finishes, our rock star team managed every detail to deliver a move-in ready space for ALDI’s opening team.  

 Here’s what we did

• Removed existing ceilings, walls, and slab
• Installed new underground plumbing and poured a fresh concrete slab
• Completed framing and major equipment installation, including CO₂ rack houses, refrigeration systems ,and display cases
• Finished with ALDI’s signature interior carpentry and branding package
